Previously, Ari was the founder and CEO of Newsletters.com, where he led efforts in content aggregation, syndication, and affinity channel sales leading up to an acquisition by MarketResearch.com in 2000. Ari is a graduate of Georgetown University with a BA in Government.

Todd Lieberman is President and Co-Founder of Solve Media. Previously he was CEO of VoiceStar, acquired in Sept 2007 by Marchex (Nasdaq: MCHX). Prior to VoiceStar, Lieberman was the CTO and founder of Apartment Solutions,
efforts in North & South America. He joined DoubleClick from Root Markets, an open marketplace for buying and selling consumer leads. Root Markets acquired LeadFilter where he was a principal. Stu previously served as CEO and Co-Founder of Campus Solutions, the leading online publisher of coupons for college students at its time. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Marketing.

Stu Libby is General Manager & Co-Founder of Solve Media. He previously worked at Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) as one of DoubleClick's top sales executives responsible for advertising agency new business development
Prior to that he served as Vice President of Operations for PointRoll, where he built the rich media online ad operations practice. PointRoll was acquired in 2005 by Gannett Company, Inc. (NYSE: GCI). Prior leadership roles include process management for E-Duction and VerticalNet and product management for Financial Software Systems and Fidelity National Information Services. Max holds a BS in Business/Marketing from Drexel University.

Max Sobol is Executive Vice President of Operations for Solve Media. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and helped to build VoiceStar, an advertising call analytics company acquired in Sept 2007 by Marchex (Nasdaq: MCHX).

Jeffrey Weisberg is the Chief Technology Officer of Solve Media. Previously, he served as CTO of Voicestar, (Nasdaq: MCHX), where he led development efforts and managed the engineering team. Prior to Voicestar, he founded OpNet, one of the first ISPs in the Philadelphia
Fralic currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Leader to Leader Institute (formerly the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management), and has taught graduate-level classes at Temple, Drexel, Rutgers and Eastern University. Chris is an advisor at First Growth Venture Network, a member of the Philly.com Digital Advisory Board, and has attended and been involved with the TED Conference since 1994 and helped launch TEDTalks, which have been viewed over 100 million times. Chris earned his BS in Finance from Villanova University, and his MBA from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.

Chris Fralic is a Partner at First Round Capital. Previously, he served as VP of Business Development at del.icio.us which was acquired by Yahoo! in December 2005, where he focused on distribution partnerships to integrate del.icio.us across a broad set of browsers, tools and publishing partners. Chris has over 25 years of technology industry experience, including significant Internet sales and business development roles since 1996.
DFJ New England, Scott was the East Coast partner of the Cambridge Technology Capital Fund. There he oversaw investments in E.piphany, Silknet, Digital Think, and WebLogic. Before that, he co-founded InterSense, Inc., a 3D visualization technology company. Scott began his career as a software engineer and early employee of Cambridge Technology Partners, a global systems integration and consulting company. He holds a BS in Operations Research from Cornell University and a MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
